Thankful

I did this layout for Digi Dares 3rd anniversary challenge. Its been so long since I've done a scrapbook page about the boys. Well this one is Leo, but you know what I mean. He's turning 2 in four days can you believe it?? I can't. We're celebrating today on Thanksgiving as we did last year. Poor kids going to be like 10 before he gets a real party with other kids. lol.

I made him an Elmo cupcake to put his candles in. It turned out so cute! I can't wait to show off pictures of him with it. We got him a few presents. Both of these toys and a wooden puzzle. Lewis had gotten him some movies and other things he already gave him. So he'll be having fun today.

I was supposed to go to the gym this morning at 8:30 for a water class with my fav instructor. But I don't think I'm going to be able to go. I hate flaking on her. I just started a new medication last night and I am so nauseous I can't stand it. I don't know how I'm going to eat today. I just ate a fiber one breakfast pop tart thinking that maybe my stomach just needed something in it and that would help. NO!! Its worse. I haven't felt this bad since I was pregnant with the boys. Nope I'm not. Its the meds. It's a pretty common side effect.

Well let me just finish off this post by saying I am very Thankful this year. I am thankful for second chances and for a great man that loves me very much. I'm excited to finish this year off right and start planning a great year for 2010.

Thanks for stopping by!

Got Mojo challenge

I made this a week or two ago. All my days are blending together now. It is a horrible picture really, but you get the gist. I saw the challenge on scrap mojo blog for a therapy layout with paint and well.. I realized I had to do a thrift store therapy page. I love going to my local thrift store and just zoning out. I like going and just looking through all of it. It totally makes me just lose myself in the aisles and forget whatever is troubling me. Scrapmojo has a facebook group thing that they featured my page on. Very cool. If you are a facebooker here's the link!

Those little pictures are from my handy dandy polariod to go. God I love that thing. Only thing is, when I use it with my Canon digi camera the date is always printed on them. I have to figure out how to make my camera not do that. I don't mind that its on there. But I'd prefer it not be.

Mental note: need more little photo paper for Po-Go.

Had a great weekend. Things are going amazing and we braved going to a great Indian restaurant on Saturday night with the boys. Hubby and I were nuts in taking them there, but it was good.(got a new babysitter though so next time we'll be kid free!) The chicken masala I had was so yummy. I had the garage sale on Saturday morning and did pretty well. Made a little bit of cash to help pay for school this upcoming semester. I'll be taking Bankruptcy law, contract law and business organizational law. Fun fun! Fingers crossed books won't be too horrible.

Today: off to gym, make many phone calls to businesses (boo hiss), send out a custom stamp, take toys to kids consignment? (maybe..), and go to class. Have my complaint and interrogatories due tonight. Very nervous about this.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great Monday. Its almost Thanksgiving!!

New Robin Stamp

I wanted to post a new Robin stamp I did a few weeks ago I haven't had the chance to photograph and post yet. Here it is. I added it to my etsy. I drew him months ago and wanted to make an embroidered something with him and realized I need alot more time to learn to embroider than I currently have. So... he was made into a stamp of course. I love him.
I'm back to this blog. Sorry to those who are regular readers of mine and are confused. This is where I plan on staying. I'm going through alot right now and really need to get back to my roots and I have spent the day looking through all my old posts on here and I have really missed this blog.

I don't have a huge following so I figure you all will find me right? lol
Thank you for all the well wishes and prayers. I am in need of them.
