This weekend Lewis made me crawfish ettoufee. It was delicious. It always is. Its one of my favorite things he makes. He is from New Orleans and knows how to make the stuff. Let me just tell ya, Emeril has nothing on him in my book.
I figured I'd document his recipe and do a digital page with it so I could make the ettoufee in the future and to share it with all of you!
Hope you all enjoy!

Woweeeee, a man who can cook! My hubby can do toast and a cup of coffee... then he needs to lie down to recover from the strain of it all! Jo x
Thanks for sharing the recipe and photos along the way. Sounds yummy. Will have to try it.
