Anyways here's my art journal page for this week using acrylic paint.
I drew the eye on the white page, then I collaged some pictures on the page and paper. Then I used acrylic paint to use around the outsides. Then I added some glimmer mist and paint droppings. Last I masked Tim Holtz mask alphas and used distress ink to ink over them to make the hope show through.

every time i think i've seen the very limits of your awesome creativity...♥♥SHAZAM!♥♥ you hit me with something i could never ever have seen coming! yeeeeeeowza this is cool...amazing...layery...WOW!
(ps: i did do a lot of painty playing over the weekend...WHEN will it be postable?! ok, who knows, but not only did i MAKE STUFF...i had total fun immersion...which was actually the main goal!!!)
PS: oh poor you, AGAIN with the sickness; i think it's an occupational hazard to moms of two active curious guys who go forth into the world...and bring back...um, well, lots of fun stuff, but most of it's covered in germs... (ack! FEEL BETTER!!!) ♥♥♥
