I went back the next day of course and bought another pair of 6 dollar shoes. I mean really though. I can't get over the price.
Here's what they looked like when I bought them.
I then took them and drew out what I wanted to paint on them. I knew I wanted to make them have green moths on them. Here's what they looked like with the white outline drawn on. The pen I used is in the picture.
Now this only took me like a day to do. I left them sitting with the white outline drawing on them for about a week or so. I just didn't feel like painting them. It's something I wanted to make sure I had enough time to finish all in one sitting. I didn't want to do one shoe, then not be able to finish the other. Here's how they came out.
Today I'm hopefully going to work on the button challenge card for jinglebelles and eat some lunch. Have a great Thursday!

Oil Painting on Canvas
OH.
MY.
GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
pleasepleasepleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease can i commission (& PAY!!!) you to make me some??!?!?!?! they are absolutely ♥♥♥AWE♥♥♥SOME♥♥♥! (but mine don't have to be exactly the same, you can have creative carte blanche!!!) (ok, except for legless reptiles, b/c then i'd never be able to put my feet in them. EVER! but other than that!!!)
ok, i gotta go stare at these some more and try not to get drool on my keyboard, especially since i spilled granola on it last week and the drool would probably fuse to it and make sticky rocks that glue the letters down which could be problematical!!!!
ps: you are ♥AMAZING♥!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are marvelous. What a wonderful bargain too.
